Your biometric data and your personal technique are recorded, which help us create the ultimate custom-designed shoes according to your needs and characteristics.

We use all the information we collected on your physique and technique to feed a patented algorithm smart-shape. The algorithm connects your body build to the optimal design of your shoes. We design the sole and the upper part of the Chiron shoes for better performance, comfort, cushion and balance.

Our design team implements the results of the optimization algorithm and creates the 3D Model of your custom-designed shoes. We use state of the art software and processes, and guarantee the durability, performance, and an overall satisfying experience of your shoes by choosing the best materials and the optimal shape based on parameters suiting your body"s demands.

The final design is shaped and formed in physical parts which are transferred to the manufacturing department. We use innovative machinery and modern quality control processes to assure top quality.

The stage of manufacturing is performed using cutting-edge manufacturing methods and the finest materials. Different parts of the shoes are assembled and put together, then checked and tested to produce the final product, made especially for you.
